Majora's Mask Review

First Impressions: 5/5

Oooh! Another Zelda for the 64! Cool! Oh, I hope it's a sequel to OoT! Yeah! I want to see if Ganondorf escapes from the Sacred Realm!

Gameplay: 8/10

The gameplay was great. It had the same controls as Ocarina of Time, so the handling was good. I thought that having to go back in time and losing all of your Rupees and Deku nuts was stupid, however, so that's why it has an eight.

Graphics: 5/5

As always, the "then" rating is for the total. But like that matters! But anyway, the graphics were a tad better than Ocarina of Time, but it still looked the same.

Story: 14/20

The story in this game was all right. It did not best OoT, though. As put in Akira's theory, do we really know if the Skull Kid really stole the mask? Or did Ganondorf do it for him? *gulp* Anyway, that doesn't really matter. It was an alright story, but probably nothing will ever best Ocarina of Time. Maybe TP will...

Challenge: 5/5

The only reason why I gave the challenge a 5 is because of all of the mask collecting and when Link went back in time, he lost everything he had.

Interaction: 15/15

In order to get all of the masks, you have to interact with everyone at least once!!! The Couple's Mask, for instance, required three days and talking to nearly half the people in the game!!! Goodness!!! That's interaction if I don't know the meaning of the word!

Side-Quests: 6/5

This has the most side-quests out of any Zelda game I have ever played. This was the most difficult part of the game, not the dungeons.
Note from Akira: It is OK to give a score above the total, just don't go crazy. As in, no story should receive a 2375/20.

Continuity: 3/5

This made me mad because it was not a sequel to OoT. Sorry I keep talking about that game. Do you guys out there see what happens when you get hooked on Zelda games? It's like drugs! Anyway, that is why it has a 3; because it did not continue. Terimina will only exist in MM and fanfiction.

Music: 10/10

A remix of the Hyrule Field theme! I liked it. But I did not like the 3rd dungeon theme. It was weird! But, then again, what new dungeon's theme isn't?

Overall Feel/Originality: 20/20

This was Zelda. I loved the feel of the game and the originality of the new land. That is not saying I liked everything in Terimina. I especially didn't like the Goron Elder. He looked like a she! Strange, strange, strange!

TOTAL: 91/100; an A-

This was an all right Zelda game.
